Finally finished this blouse after 2 years! I started on this otome peter pan collar blouse using this cool quilting cotton from Joann's but gave up halfway because the fabric was too stiff/scratchy. Then I decided to finish it 2 years later for an easy win. Still not sure if it's wearable, but I got some practice into making blouses and decided that was good enough.
